Service Description
OriginalPoint provides a unified API gateway for AI language models. We route requests to third-party model providers on your behalf.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You may not use OriginalPoint to generate illegal content, conduct cyberattacks, violate third-party terms, or circumvent rate limits.
Billing
You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Charges are based on tokens processed and the applicable tier pricing.
Limitation of Liability
OriginalPoint is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, third-party provider outages, or data loss.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
