We collect information you provide (name, email, API usage) and automatically collected data (IP address, usage logs) for service operation and improvement.
How We Use Information
We use your data to provide and improve the OriginalPoint service, send product updates, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data Retention
API request logs are retained for 30 days by default. Account data is retained until account deletion. You may request deletion at any time.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
Third-Party Processors
Requests are routed to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) as necessary to fulfill your API calls. Each provider operates under their own privacy policies.
