How charges work
No surprises. Here is exactly what you will and will not be charged for.
You are billed only for the tokens consumed in requests that return a 2xx response from the provider.
If a request results in a provider error, rate-limit, or timeout, no charge is applied — automatic retries that succeed count as one request.
Connect your own provider API keys. Usage goes directly through your provider account at your negotiated rates; OriginalPoint charges no markup on BYOK calls.
The routing layer, failover logic, and observability tooling carry no additional monthly platform fee on Enterprise plans.
Invoices are generated monthly in arrears. There is no lock-in — downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.

You are billed in arrears for actual tokens consumed across all models. An invoice is generated at the end of each billing period.
Bring Your Own Key lets you supply your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API credentials. Tokens are billed directly by the provider — OriginalPoint charges no markup on those calls.
No. Requests that result in a provider error (5xx, rate-limit, timeout) are not billed. Automatic retries that ultimately succeed count as one request.
No minimum for self-serve usage. Enterprise agreements can include committed spend tiers in exchange for volume discounts.
